Are T-Shirts and Totebags machine washable?
Yes. For best results, turn garment inside out, wash in cold water and dry promptly.

How do I clean my Tourist Treasures Pillow?
Tourist Treasures pillows may be cleaned with a damp cloth. Because of ornamentation, machine washing is not recommended.

Must I have buttons, tassels and ribbons on my custom pillow?
No, it's up to you to decide how your pillow is decorated. You may pick and choose the accessories you want.

How long will my custom pillow take to complete?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing of custom orders

Will my photo or image be returned?
Yes, images will be returned with order shipment.
